Dr. Elliot Bouchard
Family physician · Founder
Dr. Elliot Bouchard is a general practitioner who earned his medical degree from Université Laval in 2020. His path has been an uncommon one: after a first career in law, he served as a military physician with the Canadian Armed Forces before turning to private medicine.
Dr. Bouchard founded Omny to give his patients a care experience that is simple, consistent, and deeply human. His practice rests on a rigorous commitment to the most current evidence, combining professionalism and compassion in every interaction with his patients.
Isabelle Dubé, NP
Primary care nurse practitioner
Isabelle Dubé is a primary care nurse practitioner (NP), a 2017 graduate of Université Laval with nurse practitioner training from the Université du Québec en Outaouais. She built her expertise in acute, critical, and primary care with both the Canadian Armed Forces and Quebec's healthcare network before joining the Omny team.
She treats a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions, with a particular interest in women's health (contraception, perimenopause, menopause, sexual health, and more). Her practice is defined by attentive listening, the relationship of trust she builds with her patients, and a holistic, collaborative approach.
